Maysoon Salah
Statewide Partner Program · Florida

I run the AI. You run the showings.

I'm building a statewide network of partner agents: my systems find the buyers, qualify them, and match them to you by county and working style. You take the showing. 50/50 split, referral paperwork through my brokerage.

My system finds the buyer, learns what they want, and hands you a warm introduction. You show homes. We split the fee.

Running on my side right now:

The Florida Buyer Partner Program is a statewide Florida referral network run by REALTOR® Maysoon Salah. Local agents in any of Florida's 67 counties join as showing partners; the desk handles marketing, lead generation, buyer intake, analysis, and communications, and matched buyers are referred to the local partner for a 50/50 commission split through her brokerage.

How the partnership works

You wait. I work. Then we close together.

01
Claim your counties

Pick your territory on the map: any of Florida's 67 counties, plus the specific cities and neighborhoods you actually know. That precision is what makes the match work later.

02
My system builds the pipeline

Marketing, lead generation, buyer intake, market analysis, and every communication, all run from my side. You do nothing. You're in my database, pinned to your territory.

03
The match

When a qualified buyer lands in your area, my system matches them to a partner by geography and working style: pace, communication, how you build trust. Then I reach out to you directly.

04
You show. We split 50/50.

You provide the physical presence: showings and the in-person side of the buy. I stay on analysis and communications. Commission splits 50/50 under a referral agreement through my brokerage.

No cost to join. No exclusivity. No commitment by applying. Every application is reviewed personally by Maysoon. The referral agreement is signed per-buyer, through her brokerage, before any introduction is made, so there's never a misunderstanding about who does what or how the split works.

What runs on my side

This page is the demo. The desk below is the proof.

Everything a partner gets is already running behind this page: the same machinery I put behind every buyer.

  1. Lead Generation

Always-on campaigns and content that pull buyer inquiries statewide, before they ever call an agent.

  2. Buyer Intake

Conversational intake that captures budget, timeline, financing, and the nuance a form never gets. Seven languages, around the clock. It's the same desk you can talk to below.

  3. Market Analysis

Comps, trajectory, the case for the offer, and whether a resale beats the new build.

  4. Builder Comparison

The builders on their shortlist side by side: what's standard, what's an upgrade, and where the money actually goes.

  5. Payment Breakdown

Monthly payment, closing costs, and cash to close, run before anyone falls in love with a floor plan.

  6. The Top Three

The search narrowed to three real options, with the tradeoffs written down instead of argued about in a parking lot.

You enter here.

Everything above already happened. The buyer who reaches you knows their number, their shortlist, and what they are looking at. Nothing below stops.

  1. Style Matching

Buyers reach you matched on more than geography: pace, communication preference, and how they build trust. Someone who needs three days to think is not sent to an agent who closes on Tuesday.

  2. Builder Language, Decoded

What the incentive actually costs, what the addendum actually says, and which deadlines move and which never do.

  3. Contract Language, Explained*

The paperwork read back in plain language, so nobody signs something they only half understood.

  4. Strategy and Negotiation

I build the strategy on every deal I send and I'm in the room for the negotiation. You are never on your own with a builder or a seller.

  5. Communications

Every follow-up, reschedule and update handled from my side, in my voice, with full context.

  6. Automated Paperwork

Referral agreements prepared and e-signed digitally. Watch how few steps this application takes and you've seen the system.

* I explain the language and what it means for the deal. That is assistance, not legal or financial advice, and it does not replace an attorney or a lender.

Claim your territory

All 67 counties. Where do you win?

Claim as many as you cover. In the application you'll set the days and hours you show for each county, one at a time, and name the cities and neighborhoods inside them. If any of that changes once you have a file with me, send me the edit and I'll update it.

Frequently asked questions

The straight answers.

What is the Florida Buyer Partner Program?

The Florida Buyer Partner Program is a statewide Florida referral network run by REALTOR® Maysoon Salah. Local agents in any of Florida's 67 counties join as showing partners; the desk handles marketing, lead generation, buyer intake, analysis, and communications, and matched buyers are referred to the local partner for a 50/50 commission split through her brokerage.

How does the 50/50 referral split work in Florida?

When Maysoon's pipeline produces a qualified buyer in your territory, a referral agreement is signed through her brokerage before the introduction is made. You represent the buyer locally (showings and everything in person), and at closing, the buyer-side commission is split 50/50 between you and Maysoon under that agreement. One agreement per buyer, so the terms are always explicit.

What does the desk actually do for partner agents?

Everything except the handshake. Maysoon's systems run the marketing that attracts buyers, the conversational intake that qualifies them, the market analysis behind their search, and all ongoing communications. Partners do nothing until a matched buyer is ready. Then they take the showings. The desk on this page is the same technology, live.

Who handles the negotiation?

You show. I stay in it with you. I build the strategy on every deal I send, and I'm in the room for the negotiation, whether that means I run it or I back you while you do. You are never on your own in the transaction, with a builder or a seller, and you are never expected to know something you have not run into yet. That's the part I own.

Which Florida counties can I claim?

Any of the 67, from Escambia in the Panhandle to Miami-Dade and Monroe in the southeast. You can claim multiple counties, and you'll pin the specific cities and neighborhoods you know best during the application. Matches are made on that precision, not just the county line.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. There is no fee, no exclusivity, and no obligation from applying. The economics are simple: Maysoon earns her half of the split only when a referred buyer closes with you.

What am I committing to when I apply?

Only a conversation. Applying puts you in Maysoon's partner database, pinned to your counties, availability, and working style. She reviews every application personally. The referral agreement (the actual commitment) is signed per-buyer, through her brokerage, only when a real match exists. You need an active Florida real-estate license to participate.

Is the application available in other languages?

Yes. The desk conducts the entire interview fluently in Spanish, Arabic, Haitian Creole, French, Portuguese, Russian, or Mandarin. Pick your language on the hero and it carries into your application. This page's legal terms are in English; ask your desk to walk through anything in your language.
