Agent network · All 50 states and DC
Buyer referrals in every state. Pick yours.
Florida is home base. Everywhere else, I refer buyers to licensed agents who claim their counties here, and the referral runs broker to broker. States with a dot are where LoKation operates: for LoKation agents there, it is an in-house referral, paid through our broker.

Every state, A to Z
How it works
Three steps, in every state.
- The agreement is signed first.
A written referral agreement, per buyer, before any introduction. Broker to broker, or in-house when we are both at LoKation.
- I send you a buyer who is ready.
Marketing, intake, analysis and every message run from my side. You hear from me when a buyer fits your area and the way you work.
- You show. We split 50/50.
You take the showings under your own license. The buyer-side commission splits 50/50 under the referral agreement.
